I was recommended these bicycle tires as an alternative to Schwalbe Marathon for touring. I was looking for a tough tire for multiple terrains and a bit of puncture resistance. I have now used the same set for three tours now and have not had a puncture. They can take some pounding on broken roads and trails performing exceptionally well with no issues.
